In my life, one of the greatest and most fascinatings I've discovered is science. It can explain and do so many things. Without science, we wouldn't have the flu vaccine, DVD players, cars, heat for our homes, or much else really. We'd still be living in caves.

Yet, I sit here day after day and watch as creationists deny science in almost every possible way. If creationists had their way, we'd still be living in those ancient caves.

If creationists had their way, Intelligent Design would be taught in schools in place of science.

Many questions have been asked such as "If we developed from monkeys, then how come there are still monkeys" and "Where is the missing link?". All of these show that there is a severe lack of education that needs to be rememedied and people should be extremely ashamed of.

Earlier tonight someone posted a link to something on You Tube. I followed the link and saw something interesting but it wasn't what really caught my eye.

Do you feel love is a gift or an obligation? Is forgivness for a person a a state of mind or a deep feeling in our hearts. What makes us forgive? Is it to calm our own hearts, and minds, or do we seek forgivness because its the Christian way?

I'm really wondering...Asked a question a while ago. Just because I believe in God doesn't mean I don't believe in getting medical treatment. I mentioned that my mother has had a mental illness for 20 years. It took one person to misinterpret my detail, others followed and jumped on the bandwagon. I believe in God, and am not ignorant. God gave medicine for healing. My mother has tried just abot every medication for manic depessive there is. It doesn't make me a bad person because I have courage to believe God for healing. I won't let anyone take my testimony, or my courage.

Who would suffer for 20 years without medication? If you don't have all the facts it's not wise to make up your own.

indulgence instead of abstinence.
vital existence instead of spiritual pipe dreams
undefiled wisdom instead of hypocritical self-deceit
kindness to those who deserve it instead of love wasted on ingrates
vengeance instead of turning the other cheek
man as just another animal, sometimes better, more often worse than those that walk on all-fours, who, because of his “divine spiritual and intellectual development,” has become the most vicious animal of all!
i like all of the so-called sins, as they all lead to physical, mental, or emotional gratification

Well, what if I am suicidal and I would have someone kill me as my preference? Am I then allowed to kill morally?

Or what if I enjoy being urinated on? Do I "do unto others as I would have them do unto me?"

Thats why G-d's Laws are superior to this idea of morality.
