I've been down the road a time or two. I don't see it as doom or gloom, just reality. I don't agree with the world being 6000 years old either Gen 1:1 earth was created Gen 1:2 earth was devestated, Time between 1:1 and 1:2 could be millions of years. Don't feel sorry for me I am just fine

i believe that by the time the world gets around to ending, i shall be done, gone and dust onto the earth. Why attempt to look forward for something i shant be alive for?
As for your second question... life is as good or bad as it is. some people say it must be faith that makes your life dealable. or a religion must be followed to the letter or you won't get into a heaven....or a particular number of non-believers killed to achieve something magnifisant...or a cultist followed unto his death. Better is as you make it. Truly, one could sit on a couch all day and grump over their life being bad, or they could get up, go outside and do something. not saying that all folks can be so ambulatory, but you get the idea.

I happen to know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that this world is going to be destroyed. Completely and utterly. Now.... if any non-christian is looking forward to THAT....?!?!?!? They're weird.
On the contrary, for Christians... Honestly, what is there NOT to look forward to? If we suffer here on earth, we store up heavenly rewards, and bring God glory. If we die and go to heaven, we get to dance, sing, and praise our maker and saviour for the rest of eternity! How can we possibly lose?

My religion says the good of all people will be taken to G-d at the end times. Christians say just Christians will be. I like what my religion teaches much better---------G-d accepts all religions.

I can not imagine going through life with out Jesus Christ. The world is getting crazier by the second. He's our only hope. People who don't have Jesus must be freaking out. Things are not going to get better, they will continue to get worse. AntiChrist will fool people into thinking things are better. Do not take the mark, do not worship AntiChrist it is an automatic trip to hell.

If we deliberately keep on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no sacrifice for sins is left, but only a FEARFUL EXPECTATION OF JUDGMENT and of raging fire that will consume the enemies of God.

We atheists value life.
Many Christians don't seem to understand that at all.
Later: Man, once again an "end of the world" question reveals that many Y!A Christians are essentially the same as Jim Jones' disciples. I think it's terribly sad that so many of you are so eager for death, and it sure belies the Christians' claim to value life.
