How come Predominantly Catholic nations (Germany, Italy and Spain) during the World Wars were never reprimanded by the Catholic Church?

I went through a very hard time that severly tested my faith and I ththought God did not care anymore. I stuggle like everyone else and things are not always easy or fair, but I feel I dont have that exuberance or enthiusam for the Lord anymore like I did when I was newly freshly saved. I was in the city today with family and I did not even miss going to church. And I am really not at all that thrilled with my church and I feel like I am the lone ranger in that church when it comes to encouragement.

My question is how do I get the Lord to be my "first love" again, I do I get that fire and that zeal back again that I lost through tough times. I am a deacons wife How do I become passionate for the Lord again. I know I have to go on from what happened in the past but I was very hurt and wounded, I want to go forward in my walk with the Lord. Have you every gone through these feelings?

Many seem to be confused that Hell is a "new" teaching.

i am straight, but i dont have a problem with homosexuality. I have been brought up catholic but i have strayed from that because among many issues i have with church teachings, i have a problem with the persecution of gays and lesbians because although the bible may mention the unholiness of these relationships, it says much more prominently not to judge.

I feel so cut off from God lately and don't seem to have the energy or grace to start fresh. If you've ever been at this point, how did you get over it? Thanks, Holly

Not with a colt, just, like, a gift, you know like being smart. Not wicca, pure Christian, but is it sinful to have this "gift"?

After all, the guy was a slave to his own wickedness. Maybe it's one of those parts of the Bible they took out.

Lord Agon is the one true God. An evil demon has tricked mankind to worship him. He used many names: God, Allah, Jesus, Mohamed, moses and many others. The one true religion of Lord agon was lost. Those who worship Agon are now back to spread his word. We have bin hiding among you and we feel mankind is ready for the truth. In the holy book of Agon is says "thou will pray to lord Agon ten times a day" and "those who do not worship lord Agon will be tortured with fire and there flesh will be reborn to burn again." It is very important to worship lord agon or you will suffer forever after death. Of course lord Agon is a loving God " i will love and protect my children from the wolfs" By the wolfs he means those who do not believe. It is also the duty of every follower of Agon to spread his word. Both by war and peace. Those who die in the name of Agon will be given many sex slaves. So please convert or Die and burn in hell.

.......sound familiar?

Before you hit the report buttons, hear me out. Muslims on YA often quote English translations of the Quran, implying it is both comprehensible and translatable. But at other times, they say it can only be understood in the original language it was written in: a form of Arabic that is no longer in everyday use. If it is only comprehensible in this original language, it cannot be comprehensible to anybody today, given that nobody still speaks it. If it is not comprehensible, it is not translatable. But if it has been translated into modern Arabic, English, or whatever, there must be Muslims who believe it is comprehensible. Please enlighten me.
