God evolves in to a better idea of God. Which still doesn't make him real.

Do some research(Satan is a name, there isn't more than one of them).
Satan was an former angel named Lucifer that rebelled against God and was defeated.
I only heard of angels that became the devil, and you don't call it evolving.

Interesting question, although you may need to add some facts as to why you ask it.
But in a world where Tsunamis, world hunger and wars a-plenty are allowed....it's a possibility.
That God could stop it in a second, but...well...nope.
