That is a funny question. If God turns into a human being, that is not evolving but devolving, or degenerating. Satan can not evolve into a human being because he is an angel. Angels are made as ministering spirits. They don't have bodies like human beings. That's why they can enter and possess a human being, to control him or her. So we have demon possessed or devil possessed persons. The Bible says that human beings were made a little lowe than an angel.
In Psalm 8:4,5 we read:
What is man that You are mindful of him,
And the son of man that You visit him?
For You have made him a little lower than the angels,[b]
And You have crowned him with glory and honor.
If man is a little lower than the angels, by becoming human beings the angels cannot be said to evolve, but degraded.

God has already came to earth in the form of a human which is Jesus Christ but he did not evolve he just came in a different form
As for satan he will copy what God has done and come as the anti-christ

No because God is much greater then a human and Satan has lived much longer then humans with greater power as well. to evolve means to change to be greater. Perhaps someday you will know this answer for yourself. Good Luck.

God ALREADY became human and suffered for our sin penalty on Calvary's cross....His name was Jesus Christ. Ever heard of Him? As for satan becoming human...that will be soon in the form of the anti-christ.

I dont think that they evolve into someone persay i would say that its the kind of person you chose to be and you can get lured into there beliefs but you arnt exactly them.
