If creationism is banned from schools because of evolution then they are banning free thinking and free ideas. I will not support this and will defend creationism. I do not want a gestapo society on free thought.

and that 9/11 didnt started anything, it was just the catalyst that allowed people to openly criticise the lack of respect that is shown by SOME muslims towards on of our holies: the human face, without being labelled racist....thats all that 9/11 has done.

O.K. Imagine yourself in a white room, white ceilings, walls, floors (big or as little as you like) and there is no way out at all, no doors windows, ect... There is no furnature, the room is empty.

How do you feel at this point?
This is (supposedly) how you feel about death.

I'm aiming this question at Chrisitians.
How many of you can explain the trinity? I mean explain it in a way that makes sense? Do you fully understand the trinity? CAN it be explained? I'm not trying to offend. I've just always found the concept baffling & wondered if ANYBODY understands it. Or it is one of those: "you just have to have faith" things?

I don't see why I have to go to church to worship God. I study my Bible and get devotions from sites like http://www.bakani.org . A lot of people think its important though.

I am a Christian, and it is easy to see that we are quite hated on this forum. This is not "Religious Persecution" as one might hope, but the reapings of being a mean, arrogant, self-righteous person. How do you hope to be able to successfuly communicate the Gospel or the Mind of Christ to others if you say things that are insulting to others, such as atheists? Have you forgotten that our righteousness was imputed to us by God's grace, based on what Christ did, and that we did nothing to deserve it? We still have done nothing to deserve it. Christians, am I way off base? What's wrong with communicating Truth without insulting others?

And support it with stories of miracles and saviors and have these things put in books that are not questioned and made to be the Word of God? And wouldn't all other interpretations be actively dismissed and branded heretical? What do you think?

Some people say going to heaven or your soul would be stuck in the middle.....some say you would be a animal or insect...is that possible? I say i would be with the Lord if i lived my life right according to Jesus. But if i didnt i would go to hell. Thats what i believe. I dont judge other people's religion, but im curious to know what you believe.

so i understand that chronicles of narnia is full of symbolisms and connections to the bible, so what then does the battle represent?
I was interested because i thought it wasn't christian to fight, since they're the main people who misunderstand the battle the muslims had to fight in order to defend themselves and save thier prophet like the children do for Aslan and Narnia. Does anyone know if this was just a fantasy addition to the story by the author? I love the books and movie!
Thanks!
