Twice tried, twice failed. A strong spirit is within you that is having none of this !
You ask for a prayer that might get you out of this life, but your Soul or Spirit, within, wants to continue. It is the Seat of Knowledge. It is the Connection to God. It is your true Identity. The Power of God is still flowing through IT ; IT is unlimited and unopposed and is part of the One Mind that we are all Created to be. This One Mind has full communication with the Universe and with the Holy Spirit and Jesus. It is a channel of communion.
But, the Intellect is something different. The Intellect denies the Presence, within, of the Soul or Spirit-Mind that our Creator Created in His Own Likeness. For Soul is OF Him, but not Him. It is Eternal - as He is. The Intellect is interested only in it's pseudo human personality; it's individuality; it's self-interest. It knows nothing of it's inherent One-ness. It is not dependable in matters of love. It is not always moral; not always up to the "call" of others. It often has low self-esteem, for it is highly competitive with other "individual beings" and finds itself lacking. It will vote against itself. It will punish itself. It will, in fact, kill itself. . .except when the Real you, Spirit within is allowed to come forth and position itself in the Center of your Mind. It has Communion with the Holy Spirit and Jesus and when IT Agrees with Them - it does, through Mind, thwart, push aside, toss out, or go an opposite direction from the demand of the rather insane Intellect - which is often in total denial of it's Creator. It is as IF we have two Minds within one - that we think through.
When the real you (not of the physical) finds Agreement with Jesus or the Holy Spirit, the Intellect gives you feelings, instigates actions. . . and FAILS. For the Holy Spirit resides in the Soul and Jesus teaches inside it (the real you) in partnership with the Holy Spirit, as well as speaks to you in your human Intellect. If you have not asked Him, personally, for help; if you have not heard His voice clearly in your Mind speaking to you about your issues - He is being blocked from your surface consciousness by that Intellect, and the Intellect is not allowing you to have the IDEA of speaking directly to Him. Nevertheless, They operate within your Soul. You have failed twice. Got the message?
Why are you failing? It seems the prayer of your Soul is being answered ! There must be a Plan of some sort your Soul and They have Agreed upon. Discover what that is. Talk to Jesus through your Mind. Then, listen for what thoughts come to you.
If the issue is drugs, failure in school, failure in love, failure in business - whatever, there is a process available to you to walk through it and come out the other end of the tunnel 10 feet tall and knowledgeable ! The Holy Spirit - your Guide and Comforter and Jesus as Teacher will walk you through the bedeviled mess with a Power that will put you in awe.
Here's the proper prayer: " Holy Spirit, Jesus, come forth within me. Allow me to hear the THOUGHTS you provide into my surface consciousness if I can not hear the actual voice of Jesus. I will accept your thoughts and recognize they are not my own.
Guide and direct me through these deadly feelings I have about my human self. Speak to me of the Self I am that God Created. I know nothing of myself. Clear my perceptions of what I am and what I have done and let us look together upon my failures and discuss them jointly. I have decided to choose Life. I understand, now, God did not Create weakness - the Separation is the cause of our physical-ness and IT is weak and self hateful. Tell me about the Separation, Jesus. Speak to me. I will ACEPT your Thoughts. All this I ask of you - in the name of my Creator and in the name of the Sonship of which I am a part. Amen."

"A Course in Miracles." It will tell you about your real self. How the Intellect operates. Why so many feel mentally ill, or simply self -hateful. It will tell you about your Journey here inside of Time and the physical. Why you are here. Many, many things. I offer this book for your deep consideration.
I expect to see you within this Forum again. Someone who has begun the Journey of Knowledge and self Acceptance and who can teach things - unknown to others. You wouldn't be the first one who became a teacher and started this way!

John, I just found out more about you. When I answered this I did not know you were in pain and disabled. I have asked Jesus and the Holy Spirit to stay beside you and to offer healing. I have just prayed for you. You are in my thoughts. You are pure love. You could teach this generation something about love. Jesus knows how to use the Mind to stop pain. Transcendence of pain. Ask Him and the Holy Spirit to show you how to help the pain. They have shown me how to stop pain. It works. Hugs to you. In my mind, I am holding on to you. . .tightly. Seek professional help..wanting to hurt your self only hurts others also...no one gains from this. But, if a professional can help guide you out of this tunnel, the positiveness you bring forth will rub off on others, also, and maybe even inspire others that go through what you've already gone through to live long, healthy, and happy lives.

Death will come soon enough. No need to hurry up the process. I recommend you do whatever you can to distract yourself from the pain you feel. Forget about prayer. Find something to do in the real world.

dont hurt urself cuz its a sin. pray to allah(god) to help u with ur problems and he will listen. when hard times fall on u think of it as a test cuz this life is a test that we should all try to pass. it is a sin to harm urself in any way so try to avoid. may allah help u and guide u. if u have any questions feel free to email me. take care and salaam(pe@ce). may allah bless us all and show us all the right path. :)
