The Quran restates many biblical stories. Most Islamic scholars explain this apparent plagerism by claiming that Allah had to create another scripture called the "Quran" because he let his previous scriptures get corrupted by mankind (ex: bible, torah).
Therefore, all biblical scriptures not also found in the Quran, are corrupted and purposely left out of the Quran by Allah. As a logical consequence, we can also conclude that those scritpures, such as "Love your neighbor as yourself (Mat 22:39, 19:19, 5:43)" or "love your enemies (Mat 5:44)" are against the will of Allah.
In other words, Allah doesnt want you to love your neighbor, otherwise he would have put it in the Quran instead of calling it a "corrupted" verse.
This point is further illuminated by the fact that the Quran never tells followers to love anyone. So "love your neighbor" is not modified or recast, it doesnt exist in any form and is thus against the will of Allah.
Do a Quran word search with "love".
