One of the many things that evolution can explain but creationism can't.
Evolution-wise, its a vestigial organ that is formed because all vertebrate embryos are inherently female, but with a chromosome given at the right developmental stage they become male, but the nipple remains.

When a child is in the foetal stage it is female. Meaning it has nipples required for later development. However, at a critical stage of pregnancy a hormone may be introduced that determines whether the child becomes male. When the hormone is introduced the genital structure is altered to male but the nipples are left behind.

Didn't you ever take biology in high school? All children begin life as females- a woman's eggs are all X chromosomes. The sperm determines whether or not it becomes XX (female) or XY (male). So characteristics like nipples are given to both sexes through the genetic process of reproduction.
And yes, I believe in Creation. Why do you assume that people who believe in an intelligent Creator are incapable of having knowledge of other subjects, especially science. Geez, give us some credit here!

im not a creationist...but the male nipple has no purpose for men. when we are first developing, the basic template for the human body is the female form. then somewhere later in gestation, different hormones are released according to whatever dna was split and the different male organs form.....leaving us with useless parts.
