Do we become zombies to what we individually consider paradise, or do we have the capacity to decide what we do and do not do? If it is the latter, wouldn't it just turn to chaos, and just be another version of the earthly plane? "Evil" would be an equal, so wouldn't it cancel out what heaven would mean?

Imagine there's no heaven... it's easy if you try.
No hell below us... above us only sky.

To know what heaven is like you need to get Eternal Life it is the lifestyle of the citizens of heaven. Just like Eternal damnation is the lifestyle of all the future residents of hell. The reality of hell and heaven are all around us but some are so blind they cannot see. Open your heart to the gift of Eetrnal Life and you will experience the reality of heaven, otherwise you'll keep having a hell of a day. Taste and see that heaven is real get Eternal Life it is not heaven but the prescribed lifestyle for all humanity. With Eternal Life you have an assurance of Eternity in heaven when you die.

heaven will be like what earth was supposed to be like. so yes in a way it might be like earth, just with no pain, suffering, heartache, loss. while yes you can for the most part do what you want. it won't be chaos because you'll have to desire to do bad things.think about it. why do people steal, because they need money, why do people cheat on their spouse becuase they're not satisfied in their relationship. in heaven there will be no circumstances there this would happen. people won't be angry with one another. need food, money or want anything else. because they'll be happy just the way they are

I have never read that account in the Bible. Heaven is going to be nothing we have ever seen or heard of before. To name a few, there will be streets of gold, no dying there, no crying there, no devils or his imps there. In the Book of Revelation, you can read vivid accounts of what it will be like. Colors schemes that one cannot even imagine. May God Bless

You're a smart cookie, aren't you? And you're right. We live in this wheel, which keeps on spinnin spinnin spinnin into the future. Heaven is merely a state of the planet we exist upon where it's a lot easier to be happy because there's lots of fruit and trees and magic.

You will be free to pray. There will be no sex since population comes from earth, not birth. Forget it chowhounds, life is everlasting in heaven, no need for food. No need to do gardening, hunting, fishing since food is unnecessary.
There is no need for rest or sleep. So what's left - - - - yep pray all day long.
