My friend says that it is but I don't remember reading anything about this subject in the Bible. I would love to know which verses he's talking about or if he's just yanking my beads.

I think your friend was referring to this joke:

PMS Is In The Bible?

A preacher was telling his congregation that anything they
could think of, old or new, was discussed somewhere in the Bible and that the entirety of the human experience could be found there.

After the service, he was approached by a woman who said,
"Preacher, I don't believe the Bible mentions PMS."

The preacher replied that he was sure it must be there
somewhere and that he would look for it.

The following week after the service, the preacher called
the woman aside and showed her a passage which read,...

"And Mary rode Joseph's a.ss all the way to Bethlehem."

The Bible mentions menstruation, and regards a woman as "unclean" during that time until she has bathed in a ritual bath. But I can't think of anything regarding PMS.

There was a woman mentioned in the Old Testament who pounded a tent peg through a guy's head - that's got to be PMS.
