Yes, but not all of them. I'm sure there are insane people who worship the Lord, but kill people in the name of God. Would they get into Heaven? I'm sure there are mentally challenged people who worship the Lord, and don't go killing people, so they shall be allowed in Heaven. But I'm sure there are those who don't follow, and I don't think they can get into Heaven. No one is allowed in Heaven unless they worship God.
