Is this an effective means of getting businesses to support fundamentalist Christian causes, or a largely futile effort that turns off nonbelievers?

Same question goes for forwarding boycott notices/requests or complaints about businesses that...fill in the blank: don't say Christmas, offer benefits to gay partners, etc.

What do you think?

If someone thinks that "Tolerance" is a virtue, why don't he tolerate those who are intolerant? instead of joining them?

Isn't this the height of hypocrisy?

How would that be assessed?

Does the soul reside in our brain?

When I think of where the "me" part of my self is I always picture it being in my head.

Do Christians feel it elsewhere?

Those of you who like to offer up funny questions in this section and mock God and Christians because of your far superior intelligence and also there is nothing going on in the trailer park this afternoon.

Roses especially. Have you noticed the ones that are most beautiful and have the most fragrance , are the ones that have the sharpest thorns? What could you say about this in a spiritual sense?

A minister said at bible study one evening that the reason why people are afraid of dying is because you're afraid of the unknown. We're secure in our salvation but dying is something that, no matter how many people have come "back" from the dead, it's still something that can't be explained. What do you think?

I'm so frustrated with people saying "oh, the Bible made a mistake, blah blah blah." SO WHAT? Humans took down the word of God, of course there may be a mistake. Plus, it's been at least 2,000 years since the writing of the Bible. THINGS CHANGE. History, society, interpretation, language all change. Of course what they said then isn't going to mean the same thing today.

The stories in the Bible are true. Pilate was a real person, King David, Ciaphas. There's archaeological proof. Do some research people. Check out the Israeli museum. The more research and archaeological finds that are made the MORE it authenticates the Bible and the existance of Jesus and God.

I'd like serious answers, but I know I won't get them.
