Yes. If you are strong in your faith, you are willing and able to consider the alternative without fearing it will shake your faith. Only the weak-willed and weak-faithed hesitate to answer 'what if' questions.

Edit:
It depends what you mean by strong faith.
If you mean being a spiritual person (who is far along on their walk, therefore having a strong faith in an enlightened being), then I would say most definetly. If you are willing to grow enough in your spiritual walk, then everyone comes to the point where they realize that they know nothing. You can still have opinions, but you know that it may not be right and it could change, and you are okay with that.
Faith can only grow with humility. Humility is willing to say you are wrong and what you believe is not necessarily right. It is right for now, but it could change as you grow. Without that your faith will not grow.

I don't really think so. For faith to be strong, one has to believe. The possibility of being wrong lends doubt.
However, one can admit the possibility that one may not know EVERYTHING.
Admission of a Christian that their God may not be God undermines the entire structure of the faith.
Better than admitting that you may be entirely wrong would be to admit that others may be right AS WELL. Exclusivity is the bane of all religions, and the cause of wars and persecution. Right or wrong isn't the deal, it's exclusivity that's the problem.

Without a little doubt, faith doesnt even exist. No one doubts the sun will rise tomorrow, so it takes no faith to believe it will. If something may not be as I see it, or may not go the way I want, then it involves faith to believe it.

not really, you have to have humility to admit when you are wrong, and many people who say that they follow the Lord and are strong in their faith have actually got hidden pride that they mistake for humility, and are blind to this fact,it takes more than admitting to having faith to be a solid believer.

The Bible says the light of truth keeps getting brighter and brighter and God reveals himself to those doing his will. Many times in the Bible, serious followers of God were humbled when prophets, angels or even God himself corrected their thinking/actions in some way. We want to always be as close to God as we can by diligently studying and meditating on his word but if and when we are corrected and what we learn is not out of harmony with the truth according to the person that God is, we need to be humble in order to keep God's favor. On the other hand, we must always be careful not to fill our heads with enless speculation and philosophies of men.

I'm not sure if faith is the word I would use to define the willingness to admit to wrong.

"It is the righteous man who falls, yet stands to walk again." Faith reveals our "wrong" thinking, therefore, the hardest thing for the sinful nature to do is to admit to being wrong. But in doing so, you open your heart to greater spiritual growth.
