As a religious Jew, I neither love nor hate Muslims as a group. Islam, from a practical and a theological standpoint, is probably the closest religion to Judaism - so they've got that going for them, which is nice. (;
In any event, I don't think it's rational to like or dislike anybody on the basis of their religion or ethnicity. You should treat people as individuals. There are Muslims I like, and there are Muslims I don't like. Their being Muslim isn't a factor.
In a similar vein, I don't think it's very nice to suggest the Christians, Jews, and Atheists hate Muslims, because while there are some that do, it's not fair to assume their negative attributes as a direct consequence of their religion.

I try to love everyone.
Muslims, Christians, Hindus...whatever.
I do not always succeed, so I try again. Being that I am Human, sometimes I need to try yet another time.
I do not love any religions, any more than I love any political system or other belief system.
I do not dislike a religion, it is just an abstract that I do not particularly emote about.

Love? No. Because it's impossible to love someone you've never met. I don't know many Muslims, the ones I do know (and the ones I don't, come to think of it) I'm pretty much indifferent to.
