I just got a violation from Yahoo
(check my recent post)

So it's clear that some heartless
& faithless loser felt the need to
attempt negating all the positive
feedback & support I was getting
for my friend April.

If they don't agree that prayer can
work miracles, then why even bother
responding to a question when they
ovbiously aren't offering constructive
comments ??? Better for them to just
move on to another question , than to
make upsetting remarks.

I pray that God will help them to
find compassion for others in their heart.

I appreciate all those who did pray
God Bless each of you : )

I find it funny how born again christians get all lumped into one category. The category most common is hypocritical. For the record, not all are like that and for the few that are, there should not be a common label put on the rest. Being born again I know I am not perfect. I am not "without sin". It is not my place to judge anyone. There is only one that can do that and I am certainly not him. Anyone can be a hypocrite. It is very easy. You tell someone not to do something while in your privacy, you do it yourself. So, my point is because of the few that cast judgement and are too legalistic don't label all christians the same. For the most part the christians I know, know the worst that I ever was and still accept me for who I am. Not all are bad. It's interesting....the Bible states to treat others like you would like yourself treated. Christians wonder why they are judged so poorly by others......maybe if Christians showed more love than judgement it would be different.

Don't tell me what a god did (create the universe, create me) tell me what a god IS.

Don't tell me what it wants (10 commandments, Bible, Koran) tell me what it IS.

Don't tell me what man speaks to it (prophets, preachers) tell me what exactly are they speaking to?

Don't tell me who is the son, when you don't know what the father is to begin with.

Don't tell me it's a "spirit" because then I'll need you to tell me what a "spirit" or a "soul" is... so don't use those words please.

Most theists lack the necissary tools to articulate their faith in this manner, so for those of you who are still reading, but are lost as to what I'm asking, answer this question instead: "What makes your god real and Zeus, Apollo, and all those other gods fake?"

Thanks for your time.

She knew all the consequences that an unmarried woman would have to go through but, she had the grace to say Yes Lord. She could not have had these graces if she was full of sin as some would have you believe.

Do you often choose evil after God talks to you?

Or are you so very different from them?

Let's not forget that you have knowledge of the laws of Moses, and the grace of Christ. They had neither.

So why do I exist and live? I asked myself that question, but could not find an answer. But I need those reasons while I am still alive, or it would be the same as me being dead. And this is what I concluded...I exist to kill everyone other than me. I finally found relief inside the fear of being killed at any time. By killing my assailents, I was able to recognize my reason to live.I fight only for myself, and only love myself. As long as I think that other people exist to make me feel that, the world is wonderful. As long as there are people to kill in this world to make me experience the joy of living, my existence will remain.

How were the people who lived at the time of the Flood supposed to know that Noah had spoken with God? If someone started making an ark on dry land, wouldn't you have thought he was crazy too?

How was this an example of God trying to give humanity a 'last chance'? Believe a man who seems crazy or the world will be drowned? Is this God's idea of justice?

This question is made up of a couple of parts. I as this simply to allow indepth thought and study to occure.

1. Why was Christ baptised by John and not the other way around? 2. By what athority did he do so? 3. Was John Elias? 4. If not then who was? 5. What was the dove all about? 6. How are the three members of the God head represented in this account? 7. How are they able to be in different places at once? 8. Was the dove the holy ghost?
I have answers to all these questions and will gladly answer them but want to here what other christian religions think. Thanks.

Christians, in their mindless ranting and shrieking about things they don't understand, always accuse people of "murdering babies" when the abortion debate comes around. A woman can legally have a zygote or embryo removed (a mass of cells in her uterus that she doesn't want there...) but they'll screech and shriek "oh, you're murdering babies" because their bible-home-schooling has left them without the ability to reason or use logic.

Funny, though...they have no problem taking their embryoes or zygotes out and dropping them into deep freeze FOR MONTHS OR YEARS AT A TIME, to use later...as their property! There are millions of embryoes in liquid nitrogen deep freeze all over the US, all over the world. Wow -- all these "babies with souls" frozen in deep freeze! HYPOCRITES??

Many of the embryoes die in this process. But that's ok with christians, because these are their PROPERTY. Suddenly, they aren't "babies with souls" anymore??

Do you buy christian hypocrisy and BS?

Why do people who agree with us answer so politely, so well mannered, but people who disagree with us are usually "mean". I put "mean" in quotes because we all might have a different interpretation, and not all who disagree with one another are "mean".

When you answer someone who you disagree with, "meanly", does it make you feel good about yourself?

It seems to me that if there is a god, why does he pick on innocent kids, start wars, make earth quakes, sunamis, ETC I just dont get it , that some people can worship such wicked and spiteful entities, lets all have faith in each other and get on, instead of following unseen, unproved, figments of peoples imagination ,

These people went to the home of theirchildrens killer and offered their condolences to his wife and children. Now they have asked the town to share their collections of money with this man's children.I am always ranting about how religion can be this and that ,but these humble people have shown the world in this instance what true religion should be about.

As I got older my understanding of the world around me grew. However, I find that a lot of fundamentalists tend to only know what they have been told and never take the time to think rationally about it. They have the same beliefs on Wednesday that they had on Monday, regardelss of what happens on Tuesday.

I've spent 30 years as a Christian (various Protestant denominations and Catholic schools, depending on where we were living). And after hearing all the laws and rules, and about tithing, and the "evil" of being gay or Jewish or Atheist or whatever for 3 long decades...

I've really just had enough. Don't even want to be a Christian anymore. Some of you are cheering, some are shaking their heads. But does anyone have any thoughts to share?

I've kind of been a...hmmm what's the word... "secret pagan" for a while anyway. Wicca seems like the way to go.

Open to your thoughts!

Why do people want to believe in something that has no positive inpact on their lives? People get angry when someone speaks of the love of God...I don't understand...should we all be speaking of hate? Will that make people happy?
