it's going to be very amazing, i'm sure. genetics will become better understood, as will many biological sciences. religions will continue to shift from fundamentalist stances to more moderate stances. many developing nations will rise to the status of "developed". as the people in these countries are introduced to some of the luxuries and securities that the people in america and europe have, their birth-rates will drop.
by 2056, the population of the world will be just under 10 billion, leaving more than enough room for extras. if we can decrease poverty and increase education and get the average birth rate to 2 kids per couple, then the population will hit equilibrium. hopefully we'll be able to do this before the population hits 15 billion. (even then though, the world is more than equipped to handle many, many more humans.)
don't listen to these other answers on here. the world is not going to end. people have been saying that since the beginning of civilization. it's a very miopic way of viewing things.

in the process the chilly conflict Churchill defined the then communist Russia as a riddle wrapped in a secret interior an enigma. North Korea additionally suits that description admirably. there is not any answer using fact the present government is stubborn to the factor of being close to to insanity. We in the West purely understand what we are informed approximately N Korea so, in the very superb situations, we are able to purely wager on the genuine difficulty. the destiny is perilous and must be dealt with with the siftest of latest child gloves. China, it is closest neighbour and previous best buddy, is the only us of a with the essential clout to hold N Korea to heel. it could gain this in view of the large amouont of commerce that China has with the West.

Over the centuries, your planet was a curious place to visit once or twice and was not considered very interesting . Sure, your wars showed us how undeveloped you are as a species and your infantile,(in cosmic terms) dependence on god concepts does not bode well for you. We are now showing an interest in you because it is not often that we get to observe a species commit suicide. You are so close to maturing as a sentient species and it will be a shame to see you kill yourselves. There are just not enough of you becoming rational enough to force the issue. You let the least among you determine your fate, so be it.

I think we will have to put the oil companies out of business, and use resources and ideas now kept locked away by the oil companies for engery. Electric cars, and total electric utilities by the use of tidal effects, wind, and self propeklled turbines (by use of their own electric turbines are for real and only need be put into place.
I think th equestion of Ismalic extremist will have ot be answered by killling them and soon. I think countries will have to close our, and theirs doors to new immigrants and force many of them already here ot leave. I think countries like many o0f thosein africa, and asian and central america will have to accept the fact that birth control is for a reason and they will have to handle their own internal affairs and feed their own peoples. These people will have ot seek freedom within their own countries and force changes within.
I think people will be educated to the extent that they will realize how silly, and useless religion is, and accept the fact that they have been deceived by centuries old and new beleifs.
I think people began to see that God isn't coming, and never will.
I think they will began to see that the only hope for human survival is the stars and space flight.
I think there will be a huge religious war as we now have nations o fpeople whjo are seeking and will get neclear weapons who care not whether they die as long as they kill everyone else.
