Could I opt for my neighbors kids? She is a single mom of 6 (35 going on 57) and they run her to death and destroy everything. I'm sure she would welcome the oppotunity.

No, only a twisted god would ask such a horrid thing and I'd never do anything sick or twisted even for a supreme being.
Of course, since I do not believe in any, I doubt that would happen anytime soon, unless of course I had a mental illness to where I believed "god" was really talking to me.

No. Any *God* who asked me to sacrifice my own child sounds more like an alien overlord to me. A real deity, IMO, would have no interest in having human slaves. Also, my allegience ultimately is to myself and those I love. I think a god, who wasn't evil, would understand that and would never require such a thing from humans.

No. Because if God told me to do that I know it wouldn't be God. God sent His son to pay the ultimate sacrifice. God would never disgrace his Son's horrible death but glorious Resurrection by asking someone else to pay a debt that has already been paid.
If a voice told me to do that I would have to say it is the enemy.

What right do I have one anyone's life, even of the one sprung from my own seed? Once the person is alive, it's that person's life. And I know that my God knows this, and would never make that demand of me, or of anyone for that matter.

Nope, sorry, but I'm realistic! I would never do such a thing, in fact I think God was really cruel in the O. T. Luckily He came to terms in the N. T.

Never,,, There is no point to hurt oneself. it's like cutting off your hand. I would sacrifice my own other than my kids.

I would find it very difficult, if not impossible. I would like to say yes, but gosh, I'm just not sure I could actually go through with it?

Although God could make my child live again and I believe in God. I couldn´t bring myself to do it. It would be physicaly impossible for me to kill one of my children, I´d kill myself first.
