I don't care if he was from the middle east. He was white, possibly an albino. He was like the arabic "Powder" and he kept making out with Jeff Goldblum in the science lab. Then he took his hair-free body and oiled it up and created the worl'ds largest slip and slide and rode it to heaven and he will use the same slip and slide to ride it back to earth on judgement day. Slip sliding away, jesus was slip sliding away to eternally punish us on his holy canola oil lubricated plastic sheet .

White power...jesus WAS white and history and demographics prove nothing

I MEAN EVERYTHING YOU BELIEVE IN SHOULD BE BACKED UP WITH SCRIPTURE & NOT JUST ACCEPTED BLINDLY BECAUSE SOMEONE (I.E. YOUR PASTOR) TELLS YOU

They were obviously trying to equate the teaching of God and faith to an atheist to the teaching of the color blue to a blind person.

In a blind person's life, do they have any care whatsoever of how blue is described? If I were blind, this sort of knowledge would have no use for me whatsoever. If you could show a blind person, blue in a sense of smell, or touch it might be useful. Just like if you could show God in a way he could be seen or touched for an atheist.

So bottom line is, does it matter to a blind person what the color blue is described like? This would also answer the question does the existence of God matter to an atheist?

The central character of Christianity is fragile, elusive..we have absolutely no evidence that he existed outside the Bible at all whereas evolution has mountains of evidence to back it up...it seems that the missing link of Christianity and the missing link of evolution are being assessed by different rules...

Is there any truth in the claim that the Qu'ran encourages or allows Muslims to kill infidels? If not, what is (in English) the sutra of the Qu'ran that has been misinterpreted this way, and what does it really mean?

Answers in one or two paragraphs, please, not page-long discourses.

I've seen a couple of answers to other questions stating that Atheism is faith-based. Faith, according to many religions is, things hoped for that are Not seen. Yet Atheism is more about believing in things which can be proven... things that are seen.

What's up with these people?

Is it human nature? something we learn over time?

I find it can be difficult not to be judgemental, but I think it's possible if we try, so I want to know what other people think.

What do you think about it, and what do you do that helps you not to be?

Anyone with half a brain can see the religions are fundamentally are the same...they believe in the one god that created Adam and Eve, Abraham, Isacc, and Moses....the holy books are very similar...just slightly different (By the way muslims don't deny that Christ is the son of god.....because we view all men as sons of god).......how can you not say the religions are all in all the same? Do you mean to tell me that Abraham, Adam, Isaac, and Moses worshipped three different gods? I think not....by the way No muslim, christian, or Jew has the authority to call any other of the religions falsehoods or lies or call their own religion the "Right" one
