They say something about raising the child with God in their lives, but no, they don't specifically say anything about raising the child Catholic. I think it is assumed, though, on the part of the priest and participants in the ceremony that the child will be raised in the Catholic church. (I was raised Catholic and for every baptism in our family, nothing was specifically mentioned.)

yes - when your baby is baptized in the Catholic Church, it is specifically mentioned that you (the parents) will raise your child in the Catholic faith

Very much a huge yes, but remember you are only agreeing to a mans words, not Gods words when inside that particular way of life.

Yes You make a promise to raise your child in the faith and the Godparents promise to help you and to see that you hold to that promise.
