I'm not talking about salvation or spiritual growth in that sense.
I am specifically talking about spiritual activity that people experience. I've known a LOT of people who have experienced things that affected them. And whether or not their story was true, no one in the church even tried to counsel them on it.

But I just had a bad physical fight with my boyfriend and I started it. We have 2 kids, I ask him to help me out and bath the older one. He said no his head hurts. No matter what or how I feel I've always had to take care of them by myself. 2 and 5 months. I can home from a c-section, sore and left alone with a 1 year old and new baby and he wants to talk about a headache. I feel bad because I've been talking to God lately and I know I just did the opposite of his will. I have an interview tomorrow and now my hair is messed up. What did I do? I feel weak, confused and don't even know if I should go to the interview. I need another job because the one I currently have pays nothing. I live from check to check; somtimes over drawing on my account. I'm not a big spender on me; just my 2 girls. Clothes, diapers, ect. He helps. But he only works pertaining to the weather. Someone help me or give me the words to get back in touch with GOD

I know some religions are associated with certain parts of the world so it could be a question of what nationality has the best lookin chicks, so feel free to answer either way. ;)

I feel this is how god wants me to choose my religion, or not-religion (if it's the atheists that have the pretty girls)...He/ or the lack of he, did give me an attractive feeling toward them so he is tryin/or not-he is tryin to tell me what religion to choose!

God, You made Satan. You've watched Satan since You created him. In fact, You knew what he was going to do before You made him. That means everything Satan has done is part of Your design for him, which makes You responsible for all his mischief. So why do You deny any responsibility for evil in the world when You knowingly created Evil Incarnate?

And God, while I have You on the line, what's with blaming humanity for those going to Hell? You wrote those rules. You created humanity with all its flaws? You knew before You made the universe that putting Adam, Eve, the Tree, and the Serpent in the same garden was going to lead to a lot of suffering for the rest of humanity? That makes -You- responsible for all that suffering. We don't put loaded pistols on coffee tables where little hands can get a hold of them, so what were You thinking when You put all of this together? That You'd get off blameless for the mess You've made?

The buck has to stop somewhere. Who will You pass it to.

So my husband I and were looking for a good church. We found this particular church that we really liked. But then we made the mistake of telling some of our family about it.
Next thing we know, a certain person we don't really like showed up there. He started rubbing elbows with the deacons and pastors, and getting himself in the center of things. We weren't really happy about this because we know how he is. He is the kind of person who goes to church on Sunday morning then cusses and argues when he goes home. So of course, next thing you know, there was tension between us and him.
Then he started telling lies about me and my husband, and making us look bad to the church. And of course he was their new best friend, so they believed him. I tried to speak with the pastor but he acted like I was being dramatic.
So last time we were there, people were avoiding us and looking at us dirty. We even got married there, and no church members came. So we stopped going. What would you do?

Yesterday, through the power of Jesus Christ my lord, I covered myself in blue body paint and intricate designs that hold magical powers and, through the lord's love, levitated a 2 ton bus and threw it through a brick wall!

They do not believe in the historical reliability of the Bible or trust what it says about Jesus nor what Jesus said about himself. The Jesus of the Bible is a fairy tale, a myth. Who do they go to Church and worship? Why do they go to church at all? Is it because they follow a man made-up religion only to try and make people feel good? They are a sad bunch!
