at 26? how about 29?

I am also not that religious but I have very strong morals & belief in traditional values. I'm pretty conservative in that way.

Not that I wanna sign up, it freaks me out. I just find it very interesting. What are some beliefs that they teach??? Don't say human sacrifices, cuz that's not even an original joke!

I'm 26 and my friend is 29! and she does not feel ready for marriage, and therefore, no sex.

In society, it is weird to be over 16 or 19 and not sexual. I have, but my friend has not even kissed before (at 29).

What do you think of this? & what are the chances of finding a man in his 20s who is wholly unexperienced?

I'm pretty sure most of you have heard of this quote before. I personally think it's a very excellent quote, but who am I to judge?
Do you think this is a great quote or an insignificant one?

Don't try to convert me or anything, just state your opinion on the quote.

For instance, one wishes to send greeting cards to the reverands of all churches in the community. What would be the correct way to start the card, assuming that there will be many different religions? (Dear Father?... Dear Reverand?...)
thanks a lot!!!

There is an easy way for all of you creatioinists to prove that Noah's flood happened. All you have to do is take a core sample of the polar ice caps. If there was a flood how many ever thousand years ago that you believe, there would be a clear, undeniable sediment layer in the ice. There is no way around this. There's no way this layer could be avoided if a flood actually happened. This is 1st grade geology. So, why is there not a sediment layer in the ice caps? This would be a nail in the coffin to us non-believers. We would have no other explanation as to why this sediment layer would be there other than a global flood. Explanation please?

i don't mean people who believe in a different God, or multiple Gods, or who are not sure about God, or believe themselves to be God, or think their ham sandwich is God. i respect these people. i am simply annoyed that people who profess to believe solidly that THERE IS NO GOD waste their time hanging out in religion and spirituality provoking and aggravating those who attest that there IS such a being. That would be like me going on the internet and spending hours of every day arguing with people about the existance of space aliens.

I have obsessive compulsive disorder and suffer from religious obsessions. I have been dating my boyfriend for almost five years and plan on getting married to him. We are both Christians. However, for over a year I've been tortured with the thought that I'm going to hell if I marry him. I love him with all my heart and could not see myself without him. Do you think this thought is true or is it just my OCD?

We need to start showing others kindness and christian love.
And telling people about Christ, thats our soul purpose for being here!

Those who don't believe, I want to tell you that Jesus Christ loves you and died for your wrong doings.

Get right with God today.
Ask him into your heart and life, and he will forgive any wrongs doings.

"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.'' John 3:16

I was hoping that a wide variety of people might answer this, I was hoping to see if personal beliefs translate into moral decisions.

1. Would you ever get a divorce with young children at home?
2. If you had a comatose child or spouse, and they had been declared brain dead and would never wake up, would you remove life support and let them die?
3. If you knew that your neighbor has killed someone in a hit and run, would you turn them in?
4. If your spouse committed a small white collar crime, would you report him/ her, knowing that he/she could get jail time and be fired?
5. If your parents had run out of money for retirement, and it was either move them into a poor standard of life nursing home at the government's expense or pay for them to get a decent apartment at your expense, which would you choose (do consider that getting them the apartment would cost you your savings and quite a bit of your paycheck)?

Feel free to just write your answers next to the number.

I hear that if one of your members is under the age of 18 and would like to be ex-communicated they can't unless their parent let them. Is this true? There isn't anything really bad they can do to get banned before they're 18?

No, I won't name names ;-)

But I'm wondering if the other regular, non-christian males have noticed that they seem to attract the amorous attentions of Christian female groupies?

My theory is that they think we're the ultimate 'bad boys'/'bad girls', passionate, full-blooded, heathen love-makers who know how to please a body.

Anyone else having this 'problem' and wish to state their own theory as to why?

(and no, I'm not a clone...15 questions a day just isn't enough ;-)
