It is said that those are the stairs that Jesus climbed on the way to his trial with Pilate. How can they be the exact stairs? Jesus' trial was in Jerusalem, hundreds of miles away from Rome.

The Bible confirms the location of over 2500 archeological sites in the Middle East. The Bible is used as a reference by secular and sectarian scholars alike. Events in the Bible can be validated by third party historical writings, antagonistic and sympathetic...yet it seems that the prevailing attitude on this board is that the Bible is a myth. i strongly desagree with the theory of intelligent design
here is why
the logic of intelligent design says that certain things such as the eye, dna, the universe and the human mind are all to complex to have appeared randomly, and seem to suggest a creator
let us imagine that anything above the line is so complex it requires a creator and as you go higher above the line, things get more complex

the universe(galaxies stars etc)
human brain
the eye
and others
___________________________

Would not both logic and the bible tell us that god is more complex than us?
Thus we could draw the following chart

where is god in relation to the line????
can we not also then draw the following chart

is this chart not direclty contradictory to christianity?

Not everyone is Christian, God cannot answer every question, and there are more religions then just Christianity. I want to know why people bring up God or the Bible when it is not needed.

Why would God be against Jews or Muslims or anyone for that matter if he knew that you would not believe in Jesus when you were born? It is almost like he wants to send people to hell. If you could put some detail in to this I would greatly appreciate this.

Why do people not want to read the word of God which is the bible (which was written by the chosen apostles directed by the Holy Spirit). because they claim it was written by man. yet they are more willing to read internet sites, listen to lying people, and other fake things where they can be sure that it was ABSOLUTELY created by man? My husband and been married seven years. His children came to stay with us and all hell broke loosed. The girls gave me hell. I treated them if they were my own kids, because I am not their mother they refused to obey. I would bring it to my husband attention but it would go into their ears and come out another. To make a long story short, my husband moved out with the kids but refused to tell me where he lives or home phone number. There is no other woman but because the kids (6) dislike me that much he doesn't want to give me this information. But he still wants to come and lay with me. Its been one year of me toiling with this. Please tell me if I'm making the right decision about not sleeping with him. Serious answers please.

we are so obsessed with material gains, war is ravaging our planet, terrorism, aids, crime,murder, sexual perversions the list is endless. I'm not relligious but i wonder if he ever feels like throwing his hands up and say "you are on your own!" Will we as a society ever see the light and return to a better, kinder way of living with each others differences? O r will we destroy ourselves because we follow the leadership of men with the power to push a button. Religion wise. Older women and youth pastors that flirt with their youths(eww!) has told me that guys take everything a girl says and does as a sexual invitation. Even if it's a smile, a touch on the shoulder or back, or talking, eye contact whatever is a sexual invitation. Well I'm confused! So I can't have any guy friends just because I'm a girl? I don't want to send the message that I want romance/sex which I never do want that.

I know that people aren't that smart enough to create "a fake concept of God". They are not that intelligent, nor capable of making something so elaborate. The Living God, Jesus Christ, and The Holy Spirit have always been and have created you. He exists wether you deny him or not; whether you forsake him or not.
