I'm not talking about something on the scale of TRUEpeace's "Zionism" question. I'm imagining a scenario in which your specific faith (and no other) is found to be based on a catastrophic misinterpretation of the founder(s) words, or made up whole cloth.

I am Catholic and wonder if any Catholics are familiar with this Bible? It's an English translation of the Latin Vulgate Bible, a version universally used in the Church for over 1500 years, and meticulously translated from the original Hebrew and Greek by St. Jerome (A.D. 340-420).

You are too humorless! Haven't you heard the term sarcasm before or meet sarcastic people? You made me spit my water from laughing when you take what I say too seriously. Study Psychology, Humanities, Philosophy and Social Science!!!! It's great for understanding people and the World!!! Don't Stay with scientific knowledge. It makes you intolerant to others and to yourself!

I mean this question with the greatest respect for everyone's religious beliefs; I'm simply curious about what the belief is. If a muslim man goes to heaven to meet his 72 virgins, what awaits a muslim women in heaven? Also, are the 72 virgins a man gets in heaven like angels, or are they real women who have died?

Is the science the god of the so called atheists? They keep saying that the universe was formed from the nothing and by the nothing...and that the natural selection system rules all the species. They blindly believe on the science and on the Big Bang theory?

Is the science their god? Is the Big Bang their beloved creator?

Science is just SOOO great! It sets me free from prejudice and ignorance;it increases my appreciation and understanding of the great and beautiful diversity of mankind and lightith my heart with love and compassion.

While I stareth at the sky in awesome wonder, I fear no god for science is always with me. It giveith me warmth in the winter and air conditioning in the summer heat.

Yea, though I walk this life toward death, I feareth it not, for I know that some day, death too will be defeated by science(So says Kurzweil).

And as to my deeds, I am as satisfied as I am because I am privileged to know science and to have contributed to it.

For the sake of argument, let us assume that Christianity is the one true religion. What is the fate of a devout Buddhist who devotes his entire life to performing good and helping others through all his works? While he may be aware of the religion known as Christianity, it is not societally acceptable in the region he lives to be anything but a Buddhist. He has endeavored to help his fellow man at every turn, but has never given a thought to whether Jesus is his lord and personal savior. Is this man doomed to spend all eternity in suffering, or are people judged more based on the purity of their works and intentions than by what name they use for God?

I just saw Justin Timberlake's new video. What's it's up with that young man sexually abusing a woman and having orgies in his video.

He is Diabolical.

I bet He has subliminal messages in his music.

It should be investigated.
