Political Correctness often stops us from saying what most of us our now thinking, that is, the strong relationship there appears to be, between Islam or the Quran and violence committed in its name.

Dont get confused, I am not discussing whether any other countless conflicts involving Muslims are "right" or "wrong". Surely, every combatent in a war always have their reason to believe they are right. So, if any Muslims reply, dont bother trying to justify any single war Muslims are fighting in the world.

This question deals with the relationship between Islam and violence. I mean, can "radical islam" every really die so long as Islam lives? I dont see how. The phrase "radical islam" has no place in Islam...its a western tag phrase. Most Muslims dont see "radicals" per se, only other Muslims with different sects.

So, typically Sunnis apologize for the acts of all Sunni Terrorists and Shia for theres. They will condemn "terror" but not condemn any "terrorist".

If you supposedly don't biliv in God and think that he doesn't exist...
Why are you so tight on the issue.
Why don't you just leave the matter alone?
Maybe becuase you know he Exists youre just mad that he isnt making things go smoothly fo you?\
If you really don't belive why do you waste your valuable time on the issue that doesn't matter to you.??

Last week, black and white leaders and members of the United Methodist church joined hands with leaders and members of AME church in a ceremony of forgiveness and repentance. Words of apology were offered and accepted. Faith in mankind and a higher power was renewed.

Still all those in attendance agreed, the ceremony was largely symbolic. The real test of this reconciliation will be in the days to come. Most people in word denounce racism, but their deeds clearly demonstrate the opposite.

My faith? Not in man! Not in man's so-called religion! I HATE RELIGION FOR THIS VERY REASON!!!! How is it possible to call one self a "Christian" but hate people from different ethnicities?
These are the same people that try and tell us how to live?! Don't preach Jesus to me, while knifing me in the back. Comments? I know I'm coming off as sounding angry. That's because I am. I hate organized religion! The biggest fiasco of all time!

I think people against Pat Robertson should NOT CALL THEMSELVES CHRISTIANS. They are not at all true Christians. They are not willing to WAR FOR GOD. I hate the constitution. God never meant for separation of Church and State. Evolution is an evil teaching as well. God made us people not out of MONKIES!

And if you did; How did it smell, some churches use incense, some have flowers, some smell like old polish and ancient wood. What else can you tell me about the building. Is it one of those huge old one that echo when the sermon is preached, or one of those small ones where it seems like you are all in somebodys living room

In 1858 The Democratic leader in the house said this: I do not own a slave but I would never get in the way from someone's LEGAL right to own!<---who does that sound like?
This is all about how see view HUMAN LIFE.
The slave owners never viewed blacks as REAL-PEOPLE just as the Pro-Choice people don't view UN-BORN children as REAL PEOPLE.
The arguments the slave owners used are EXACTLY the same aruguments the Pro-Choice movement people use..they BOTH don't respect human life. Please read the arugments the Slave-owners gave as why not to free the slaves. You won't believe how incredibly simular they both are.
THEY are saying the SAME things, Blacks are not real people & unborn Children are not real people. According to THEM you may kill them or make them your slave because they don't really count!

Don't allow them to Fool us twice!

Do you agree?

ok, he is!!! this dude, he woke up in hell, and there were 15 foot giant demons who were assigned to torture him. they crushed his skull, threw him against the wall, and broke all of his bones. and then, it was pitch black. you could literally FEEL the darkness!!!!! and then, he saw a pit of fire. you could see people screaming in it, and there were demons every where around it, who would never let you out. then, the lord came to him and said, " go and tell all of my creations( people) about hell. and tell them i am coming very very soon. only he got out of hell, because the lord wanted to use him to tell others about christ. but the other NON- CHRISTIANS, will never get out and will spend eternity there. so if you dont want to go to hell, please pray this with me.
lord, i no that i am a sinner, and forgive me of my sins, and wash my heart clean. i want to spend eternity with you in heaven. i am sorry, and thankyou for dying on the cross for me, and i want to make you my savior.

I'm a Christian pacifist and I've always told people that the reason I am a pacifist is because I am a Christian. When I look at the message of Jesus I see the idea of love as the dominant message. I understand the idea of wanting to protect our country, but shouldn't our Christian beliefs come before that? As Christians we should want everyone to be saved and it seems that killing the "bad" people off doesn't give them that opportunity, instead it steals it away. I am really curious about how other Christians rationalize war from a Christian point of view. I would love to hear your insights on this because I really am very curious.

i asked why we ask for forgiveness. I have read all the answers so far. and I guess i still don't get it. Christ died for the sins of the world. Past present and future right? How many of my sins were in the future at that time? All of them!! There is no forgiveness without the shedding of blood RIGHT? So by Asking for forgiveness is asking for more shedding of blood. Please dont take offence but to ask seams to me like saying "I'm not sure if I believe what you already did" I understand that we sin everyday and we all fall short. I am greatfull that we have the holy spirit to guide us from sin. But I think the law was put in place to show what sin was, Christ came to show us that we all are sinners, then sacraficed himself ONCE and for ALL to bridge the gap between perfection and imperfection so that we could have a relationship with god on a basis of faith. There are so many verses that explain this. I think it's sad that no one understands fully what has been done

I am a Christain myself and I have seen people claim they are Christains and then say that They have dust for brains when they said it to us? Is that not stooping to their level? Live for God...Dont insult the people that dont.
