Why do people say that Judaism is only a religion and not a race? It's both, although it does accept converts. If Jews are Middle Eastern in origin, and throughout the centuries many have married only Jews, then they create a gene pool. I know I know, many have married non-Jews, one example being Elizabeth Taylor. She doesn't look Jewish even though she is because she converted when she married Eddie Fisher. And Sammy Davis Jr? Come on, convert for sure. He knew who was buttering his toast, and on what side, wink wink. He wasn't stupid.
To answer your question, you have a look that can't be pinned down. You can pass for Jew, Russian, Spaniard, Italian, Greek, Eastern European. You don't have a Middle Eastern look, but a Mediterranean one.

There is no such thing as a "Jewish look."
Paul Newman, Goldie Hawn, Geraldo Rivera, Sammy Davis, Jr. and Elizabeth Taylor are all (or were) Jewish.
Amazing how the myth that Jews are a "race" continues to be repeated when they are clearly not a "race."
