Could mean different things. For Christians, "Blessed Be the name of the Lord.", for Pagans, Wiccans, etc, it is used as a greeting or when they are leaving. It means more than one thing.
Blessed Be!

If you are asking what that means......it is a Wiccan or Pagan way of saying "be safe" "be blessed" or as christians would say "walk with god" (of course for me it would be Goddess)

Pagans tend to say it in greeting, it simply means "Be Blessed' nothing bad. Any religion could say it.

While I do not share your religion, I do share in the goal of religious freedom (i.e. destroying the attitude that Christianity is the only legitimate way to function), and I am glad that pagans don't get after me for not believing in Jesus.
