I know what you mean and I agree. People are always saying that Christians are trying to convert everybody, when in fact we really are just voicing our opinions like everyone else. It really gets me upset when people criticize and mock the Christian religion for things that they do not understand, and when I try to explain things I realize that their not even interested in hearing my opinion, they just want someone to agree with them. They say we contradict ourselves when we judge others and that is true, we're just human. But are they not a contradiction also, their judging us.

Because it is supposed to be a forum in which to learn about Religion and Spirituality. That includes religions beyond Christianity.
And no - I don't get a kick out of harassing Christians, and I avoid doing so.
However, do Christians get a kick out of telling non-Christians they are all gonna burn in hell? Seems like it, given the number of times someone posts that here each day.

So you are saying that non christians cannot have religion or be spiritual? Boy, I'd hate to be THAT close minded...
Do you get a kick out of being ignorant?
If there are some harassing you, don't read their questions or answers. That's the great thing about this site. Nothing gets forced on anyone.

Because this is religion and spirituality. Not "Christians Only Non-Believers Beware". Some people do like to harass Christians but Christians are just as likely to harass non-believers. Ignore the harassers.

Excuse me??I was under the impression that Yahoo owned this site! What gives you the right to accuse anyone of anything? As far as I know,this site/section is for ANYONE,Christians and non-Christians alike,who for obvious reasons have opposing views! Just because YOU feel that non-Christians views are not what YOU want to hear,surely does not mean they are harassing you.YOUR attitude is not very Christian,so maybe I should ask why YOU are harassing non-Christians???

It is actually the Religion & Spirituality section, not Christian only section, however.. I'm sure your point is that it's quite annoying, and very rude for people to bash every Christian related topic.
Sadly, some people lack anything better to do. Granted, there are certain people with varying views, who answer questions in a contrary manner (such as an atheist expressing their views on a Christian themed question) however, there certainly does seem to be an abundance of snide comments, and overall bashing that does go on. Read Psalm 139:19-24. Many of these Christ bashers are some of the people it refers to.

If opposing views are judged as harassment, then Christians have a reason to be bothered. Maybe a non-biased opinion to a subjective influence, could even be visioned as threatening. But thoughts and opinions are just tools to be scrupulated with the fore thought of rationality being the by-product of an open forum.

Actually, this is not a Christian site. It is a very generalized site with a slightly more specific category called "Religion." It doesn't belong to Christians. Don't go around claiming you own everything, just because you use it!

No one is trying to harass Christians, people are just trying to show Christians on here that there is more to life than Jesus and church. That there is more to life than the Bible and your pastor. There is so much in this world, yet it seems like Christians just want to revolve around Jesus. Many people get sick of it especially when most Christians do not practice what they preach.

When have I ever harassed a Christian?
Don't like non-Christians, don't hang around a public message board. Stick to the Christian websites.
Otherwise, sit back and enjoy the diversity.
