He actually can stop starvation and hunger and war, right? He's probably the only One who could stop it, right? But He doesn't because He doesn't want to, right?

That free will-thingy is by far the most lame excuse i have ever heared from any Supernatural Being!

I'm just curious because it sounds like no one in this section does. If anyone does what are some good ways to wage war for your own soul on this earth that became a battlegound for the souls of men. Is anyone else aware of how real the spirit works and how real it is in christianity? Does anyone wear their spiritual army mentioned in the new testament.

Intelligent answers only, if you dont have anything good to say then dont answer the question because most people wont even know what i'm talking about.

why is it if you dont go to a house of worship your automatically a sinner or you dont believe in god.i feel as long as you lead a good life and you take time to talk to the man himself that's more important then living your life around the belief that you must go to church on sun.morn.or wed. whatever day you go?

Or perhaps you should pray to God right now to give you the answer you so wantingly desire like the cure for aids that hasn't been solved by prayer=AND DON"T HAND ME THAT CRAP about God working through people-as an excuse to yur delima because God has given numerous other religions cures and solutions to problems-When the bird flu infects this country (God Forbid) are you gonna run to the church and pray you don't get infected or are you going to go to your doctor and get a shot-an innoculation as a remedy-and because we are being faced with crisis situations like these in the world right now are you gonna go to church and PRAY for solutions or do you believe that you will take preventative measures to try to keep from getting sick-How many people died from The Black Plauge because they ran to the church and were subjected to exposure by someone who went their to find relief-Only Jesus has laid his hands upon people to cure them of their illnesses and that was called a miracle-DrJESUS!

Well a boy in my school was found dead yesterday. He cummitted seuicide. I know of him but don't know know him personaly...through school. BUT I just realised that he is/was in my church youth group. so i know him through that. every one is really really sad but it dosen't catch me emotinal. I feel really bad but I havent and don't feel the need to cry. his funiral is on wed. and a bunch of people are going to it. But i don't really want to. does this make me a bad person????? HELP

Atheists-Under science
etc- under what your worship

Lets have it so you can put what ever you believe not just "Under God". But whatever you chose when you say it.

History has shown that our medicines were not CONJURED by priests or reverends-that in place of asking God for forgiveness-scienists and realists studied considerably and through trial and tribulation developed much of the medicines we take for granted today to promote our lives here on earth-which is also proof that NO ONE IS READY-no not one-to go into heaven or the afterlife-as we try to prolong life here on earth. Why? Is it because the prayers of millions who have suffered from disease have found that medicines not God have been the cure to the ailments we life forms suffer. When you get sick today do you go to a preacher to have him pray over you to cure your problem? Well yes-But mostly in instances where a medicine or a cure has not been developed and the only recourse is to put it "In To Gods Hands". In essence prayer becaomes a substitute for the motivation to solve the problem that has become a part of the UNKNOWN-and therefore must be GODS WILL- religion isa cause notacure

I lost my mum at the end of january and have lost faith in a higher power. im curious to see what others think because im not religious and i believe that religion was invented to take away the thought of nothingness. i believe the white light is when you die with your eyes open and there is light in your eyes that would go away as they lose function. im open to answers from both religious and non-religious people.
