The Ocean of Tao
Cannot be called an ocean
For there is nothing else to give it name.
There is no sky above it,
No earth below it,
No shore that surrounds it.
And so it "is".
And yet, "it" is not.
For what is "it" if there is nothing else?
And so there is only "one".
And yet, there is not.
For "one" to be, there must be "two".
And there is not.
There is only entire.
And yet, there is not.
For to be entire Is to measure complete.
And can there be measure Of what has no beginning or end?
Void of name; Void of substance; Void of measure.
Such things define nothingness-
But only if such things "are".
And, since the "are" not, What is?
Everything and Nothing-
The Ocean of Tao
That can not be called an ocean,
or even Tao.

Would it cause offense if someone asked you if you believe in God? If a person wants to talk to you about Jesus Christ...is there a way you would be open to the discussion?

How do you explain Dinosaurs? Were they on Noah's Ark (for you Christians, Jews, etc.)?

Scientists have proven, using Carbon dating that humans were certainly not living when Dinosaurs walked the Earth. So that rules out a God creating all things in the same time or in a short period of time.

If you don't believe in Dinosaurs, then can you answer the same for later creatures, like Mammoths, Saber-Toothed Tigers, and Ancient Sloths??

Thanks.

In the beginning of time, how did Adam and Eve communicate with God and the Snake of Eden. Was it in verbal language? If so, that would mean that language came before man, God was the creator of language, and Adam knew of the language starting from creation which implies that language was coded and not learned. It would also mean that there had to have been written language. Then what language was created by God? As I see it, formal language is a complex technology that would require great thinking and brain power. But evidence directly suggests that there was a Stone Age. Primitive stone tools and cave paintings are constantly discovered and show proof of this. If humans were intelligent enough to communicate in a formal, complex language, why were we resorting to such primitive tools? Remember, if you read Genesis 2:19, the language was so complex that Adam was able to formally name every living creature that God brought forth to him.

"If I were the president, I could stop terrorist attacks against the United States in a few days. Permanently. I would first apologize -- very publicly and very sincerely -- to all the widows and the orphans, the impoverished and the tortured, and all the many millions of other victims of American imperialism.
I would then announce that America_s global interventions -- including the awful bombings -- have come to an end. And I would inform Israel that it is no longer the 51st state of the union but -_ oddly enough -_ a foreign country. I would then reduce the military budget by at least 90% and use the savings to pay reparations to the victims and repair the damage from the many American bombings and invasions. There would be more than enough money. Do you know what one year of the US military budget is equal to? One year. It is equal to more than $20,000 per hour for every hour since Jesus Christ was born.

When you question something wrong in Islam they defend it by quoting equally disgusting verses from the Bible and when you question christianity they defend by quoting equally disgusting verses from the quran. When will these two parisitic camps understand i'm neither and put up a reasonable defence!

"Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there. I do not sleep.

I am the thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain...."

Some Christians think that if you do not accept the Savior now that you will be damned. How many people understand that it is possible upon his second coming for men to repent and come unto Christ? How many people understand we as Christians PREPARE the way for his coming? Yes, undeniably it would be better for you to a have faith and believe now. If you are good, and love one another Jesus will accept you if you have truly repented. He knows our hearts. He knows of your exposure to false doctrine and he knows of your exposure to truth. True Christians teach with love unfeigned, are long suffering, and teach with the spirit and are of gentle persuasion. Peace to all.

looking in this section I think that it is fair to say that there is a good mix of hardcore christian fanatics, atheists and all the factors between. I am a reasonable man and though I do slightly lean towards not believing in christianity I feel that I am fairly neutral in the matter. So the question is can you come up with an argument strong enough to put me either side of the fence. I will objectify the arguments as best as I can without any external factors influencing how I react to the messages
