"And Jesus passing be saw a man who was blind from his birth. And his disciples asked him:Rabbi, who hath sinned, this man or his parents that he should be born blind?"

The question is how could the blind man have sinned before birth?

Whenever something bad happens, it seems the best some Christians can do is to spout some cliche like "the Lord works in mysterious ways" or "everything happens for a reason". There's also "you need the Lord", as if they were peddling some kind of drug . You might as well just take pills instead, if a mere good feeling is all that you're focused on getting.

many people talk of sinners being sent to a place of fiery torment forever(hell)...
Wouldn't the couple responsible for all of mankind being sinners deserve a similar judgement? In my study of the bible I have read that they simply ceased to exist...When did God decide to start burning people forever?

My reading of the Bible is that Noah had 7 days to both build this boat and find the animals and load them on board. It is generally understood that the days - which have day and night (according to the scriptures) must have been 24 hours.
How did an old man and his children cut down enough trees, cut into planks, season and then build such a huge boat in the time?
How did the animals get there from all corners of the world in 7 days - it takes 5 days to fly round the world by plane! Plus the South American sloth is not the most speedy of animals and cannot walk on the ground - and there was the sea in the way too.
Creationists please explain this one to me.

Jesus often made statements and committed acts which invalidate any claims he made to the Messiahship. Additional examples, such as the following, are worthy of note. Mark 9:25-26 says: "...he (Jesus-ed) rebuked the foul spirit, saying into him, Thou dumb and deaf spirit, I charge thee, come out of him, and enter no more into him. And the spirit cried, and rent him sore, and came out of him;..." Jesus' statement is false, because if the spirit was deaf, how could he have heard Jesus and come out? If he was dumb, how could he have cried ou?. In Mark 10:19 Jesus said: "Thou knowest the commandments, Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, do not steal, do not bear false witness, Defraud not, Honour thy father and mother." Jesus needs to re-read the Ten Commandments. There is no Old Testament commandment against defrauding. The only relevant statement about defrauding is in Lev. 19:13, which says:

From Tim Horton Chapter 8 -

And the Canadians began to grumble against the LORD, saying, "If only we had stayed in Toronto! There we had all the breakfast pastries we could eat, but here in this vast tundra, we are doomed to starve to death."

And the LORD said, "Yea verily, let us rain down doughnut holes from heaven for these Canadians, that they might know that I am their God and they are my people."

And so the next morning the Canadians awoke to find the ground covered in powdered-sugar and glazed confections, and collected and ate their fill. And God saw that it was good.

Since logically you can neither prove or disprove God, why is it that everyone seems to need to press their idea (whichever it may be) on everyone else? Faith is in operation on either side of the arguement.

I get tired of the debates between Chrianity and Evolution. It inverebly is either-or, black ör white, polarized. I think under the Christian doctrine there is room of both Christianity and Evolution. Why can't it be that God put everything in place and directed each creation to evolve to what it was meant to be? It seems so simple to me and so heretical to some.

What would you do? How would you feel? Your religion of peace tells you to forgive, and says that accepting Christ and truthfully feeling sorry for your sins lets you into heaven?

So say Osama did all of that, and gave himself up to America so he could stand trial for his crimes. Say he gets the death penalty, doesn't he deserve to go to heaven at this point? What do you think?

It's a make believe story. There were many books written about this so called "deity" that watches over us and takes care of us and knows everything blah blah blah. But when has it ever, EVER showed any proof of its existence. Only like thousands of years ago right. But what about today - there is absolutely no proof no reason for normal thinking people to believe this fairy tale. And I know some people will say "Well god doesn't work that way, he doesn't need to show himself to nonbelievers" . Well let me tell those people that they are idiots for believing in this crap. WAKE UP PEOPLE! RELIGION IS FOR THE WEAK! IT'S A SCAM!

A US Senator Tom Tancredo told that if US is nuked by the Muslim Terrorist Groups--US should nuke Mecca,Medina and all holy Islamic sites. It will act as a MAD(Mutually Assured Destruction).
What do you think if this kind of scenario happens? Will that bring devastating consequences for US?
As an individual Muslim what will you do to retaliate even if the nuclear bomb doesn't reach Mecca for Allah's intervention but they were triggered?
