Of course. What reasonable person would not?
And why is this question in the Religion section? You're not implying that people of faith do not believe in racial or gender equality, are you?

You mean inalienable rights? Yes we all have inalienable rights, but what those rights might be are not always respected. It also should be noted that the manifestation of these rights may vary slightly from culture to culture, & or gender, race, as well as general circumstance. You might as well ask if there is any such thing as absolute morality or is everything is subjective to our own way of thinking? Both these truths exist.

no ppl are still racists wether u like to admit it or not ppl still discrimiate agaisnt others. i do it too but i try not too. but other ppl do it more strongly and stuff. and im sure it will always b like this. this is one of the many things that needs to b changed in this world. and prolly wont cuz there will always b someone who will discriminate against others. ppl just need to think just bcuz a person may speak, dress, belive differently doesnt give any one the rite to judge that person. well i really wish everything was equal.

Of course not. Rights are determined by the people of that region. For example, Canadians do NOT have the right to bear arms like Americans, because Americans decided that should be their right while Canadians decided it is not their right.
You should respect people in other locations and their right to choose what rights their people will have.

Absolutely.
Even a bum on the street peeing on himself holds some beauty..
He is a creature of God and has the right to life and justice as any person on the Earth does.

I must admit, I tend to view society on a 2-tiered system.
Tier one: Me
Tier two: Everyone else
Both tiers are equal, but tier one is more equal than tier two.
Does that explain any?
