How many sources have contributed to the development of your spiritual beliefs?

A lot of them. Some of them I couldn't tell you why or when I started believing them. Like with reincarnation. I always believed that, even as a child, and didn't really understand it. And the fact that killing, no matter what for was wrong, that's something my mother taught me. The one about personal respsponsibility that came about much later. After I realized that I would never be a christian, because of the atrocities committed in the name of Christianity. Christians say that the devil made them do it, and I found that idea ludicrous. So, I'd really have to say the fact that I am intelligent was the contributing source for my spirtiual beliefs, and the fact that I question blind faith.

I have had so many things I don't know where to start. I guess I started with Scott Cunninghams "Wicca for the solitary practitioner" a few other Scott Cunningham books, practice, practice, practice, as to casting a circle. Meditation and such. attending ritual with others.Some other books, books, books, (Margot Adler "Drawing Down The Moon" is good) I have had some very special connections with Deity. Too many to mention just the wonder of the Goddess, trust and faith in her. Some Raymond Buckland- too stiff take it with a grain of salt, lots of good ideas though. Silver RavenWolf, she is very eclectic. Dorothy Morrison, there are really too many to list. But my best advice is if you feel it in your heart, it's right. Practice, practice, practice, and never stop your search for knowledge. Knowledge is power. And above all any advice you can get from a sage or a crone is usually gold. A crone that has helped me maybe you can Google is Aislinn Awatake.
