Sola scriptura holds that scripture, as interpreted by the individual believer, is the only inerrant rule for deciding issues of faith and morals.

However, it was a group of catholics that determined which, of all the writings, were indeed 'scripture' and would make up the Bible.

Many books were discounted, such as the recent 'Gospel of Judas' as well as 'The Apocalypse of Peter'.

If, indeed, it was a group of catholics, relying on the magisterium, that decided what IS scripture, then aren't protestants, relying NOT on sola scriptura, but on the magisterium?

saying everyone is special is like saying noboody's special. i hate it when im depressed and a pastor says in his sermon.. never despair, for in God-s eyes you are incredible, you are amazing in your father's eyes. i think that is beautiiful and all, but how can that motivate me to be happier if he thinks the same of everyone?

A young man asked Jesus what he had to do to have eternal life.
Mat 19:21 Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.
Mat 19:22 But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful: for he had great possessions.
Jesus was not tolerant he let the man go.
Luk 14:27 And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple.
Joh 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Mat 25:46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.
Jesus was not tolerant, but loving in that he always told the truth. If people were wrong he told them (do and sin no more) But he never compromised.
Show me in the Bible where Christians should be tolerant of sin??

Don't you think Jesus, who was 100% God and 100% human, gets offended when someone insults His Mother???

The cells which make preparations to lodge in the walls of the uterus are genetically different from those of the mother. Why they are not rejected like an organ or a tissue transplanted to the mother's body has been for a long time an unsolved mystery.
The event of birth is a proof of a supreme creation, yet evolutionists try to make reference to it in defence of their theory. The fact that, in the creation of a new human being, every stage develops according to a very delicate design, is today an undisputed fact in the field of embryology. In this case, how do evolutionists try to interpret this fact of creation in reference to their theory?

John 12:24-26

(Jesus said,) "I tell you the truth, unless a kernal of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds. The man who loves his life will lose it, while the man who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life. Whoever serves me must follow me; and where I am, my servant also will be. My Father will honor the one who serves me."

I don't want the love of a fictitious character from a story book. And I don't want them to sound even crazier then they already are by talking to them selves.
