The Book of Revelation is a book that uses symbols to describe future events. The mark is not a literal mark, no Christian would let that happen so why would the Devil do something that obvious. His job is to decieve the world including the Church into following him.

It could lead to it, but pending further study, I think the mark is more likely to be metaphorical. Either way, I'm not getting a microchip implanted in me even if I won't be able to participate in the economy or whatever. It could be the mark. Even if it's not, it means the end of privacy. Also, putting anything foreign under my skin does not sound like a good idea, no matter what the FDA says. They've been wrong before.

No. People have been saying the end is near for as long as there has been an idea of an apocalypse. The problem is that the whole idea is so vague that the "signs" can be seen in anything given the right context. Ask me this again in fifty years, and you will get the same answer.

I heard a preacher say the exact same thing, but no i dont personally believe it. i just dont think the anti christ will be around anytime soon and even if they do offer to put it in people. they have been testing putting medical information on the chips and putting them into people I think this would be a great idea! especially with people who have allergies and need to go to the hospital or to help identify missing or dead people
