Ha Ha! I am a woman and I have to agree with you on this one. I know many who do this!!
I say its because we love attention (sorry ladies), but we do. Its when someone "checks us out" in the wrong way that we become offended.
Its one thing to look guys. However, it is not a pleasant experience when a guy whistle or does something immature!
Most girls are seeking to be admired not drooled over!

I am a man, and all men know what men wants. A lot of ignorance in many cases drives the girls to wear this kind of cloth and many others know what men likes to see.
Nobody can do nothing to change it. there is going to be always a girl that wants to show her nature. And there is going to be some want that appreciate it.
The problem is that this kind of behave will carry sexual problems in many people.
To all Girls: Is better to show your heart than your shape. is better to catch a boy that will come to you because he cares about your being and not because of your body.
To all boys: watch your eyes, what they see comes to your mind and can control all your future. Want to have a nice family? keep your eyes only for your wife. Read "EVERY MAN'S BATTLE" by Stephen Arterburn.

Because women have the god given right to be two faced and hypocritical without recourse. This is not the only incident of them exercising these rights. "I am going to get sooo wasted tonight!" an hour later..."Ohmygawd! Some ugly guy just tried to buy me a drink! What was he thinking?!" or if they yell at you for doing something stupid, you tell them your sorry, then they say dont apologize, so your like ok, and you sit there and say something and they say dont talk to me. So when you get up to leave and they yell, Oh so you're leaving?! You're just going to go!?

I could not really answer this question for I wonder why are they offended when they wear provocative clothing or their clothing in a provocative way.

They often PRETEND they are offended- sometimes really are! They dress that way because some big fat adult guys in New York or elseware peddle the trash to them via Teen TV, SUCKED IT!

they get offended when your not the type of guy they wanted to catch with their provocative dress.Instead of checking them, check yourself with your checkbook or thick wallet, although not all girls are that cheap, you'll become so adorable to them.hehe
