"Mataré te, y te"... can anyone tell me how this is pronounced? (If it helps, it means "I will kill you, and you" in Spanish)

Nothing will ever get settled with yelling, pushing or cursing. You have no idea how badly I miss you and how badly I love you. I know you told me that I shouldn't have any fear in a relationship but I always had fear of losing you because of our fights. That's why we haven't taken things to the next step, I have always wanted to be completely sure and it is hard to be sure and not have that fear when each time we had a problem, you told me that you and I were nothing. Do you now understand why I have been hesitant? It's not because I am not sure of my love for you, because I love you without a doubt.

It has been a very stressful time in my life. I have been emotionally exhausted. I am miserable when we fight but I am even more miserable at the thought of not having you in my life. All I want in this world is to be happy with you, but with the way our fights have been I am so scared of losing you. I promise to never push or pull you but please I only ask you to not push me again and please do not verbally degrade me. I always told myself I would never be with anyone who physically or verbally hurt me. I hope that you and I can put forth the effort to change for the better and work on communicating calmly if there is a problem. I understand why you were mad and I am sorry that I allowed things to happen and I did not speak up, that has always been my problem of letting others use me. Ever couple has disagreements, but when you love someone, there needs to be communication so things can be settled calmly.

My office is unfortunate enough to have an 800 number that's very similar to that of a Canadian telecom company. We've tried to be nice to the dingbats who misdial. We know how to say "I don't speak French," "wrong number", even got someone to teach us "This is not the Canadian company."

Can you believe they have the nerve to argue with us!? I can understand just enough French to know they're arguing that "yes, you speak french - you just spoke it!" or "No, this isn't the wrong number! I have it right here!" Do they really think we're lying??

So it's time for stronger measures.

Can you give me (1) "You are very rude" and, in case that doesn't work, (2) something rude to say to the idiots that deserve it?

I promise to only use these on the nastier callers, but they really need to be put in their place!

Just two examples, 'away from,' and 'ought.' President Clinton started 'ought.' Ought he have used it for 'should?' It drives me a little coo-coo, how about you? Then can't we get away from 'away from?' There is the grammer problem, that I know is unresolvable as 'me and youse' is the common vernacular, and the way language devolves.
Is proper English even being taught, or have popular songs set the standard, and no matter what is taught is ignored? Does it matter? Is the short hand language making communication unclear, or is it a democrazation making understanding more efficient?
Will the dictionaries or 20 years hence be 60 pages?
Has the general reading, writing, editorial profit structure producing trash books completely destroyed literature, been a factor in language diminishment?

I know there are people who will understand my question, but will you even see it?
