My office is unfortunate enough to have an 800 number that's very similar to that of a Canadian telecom company. We've tried to be nice to the dingbats who misdial. We know how to say "I don't speak French," "wrong number", even got someone to teach us "This is not the Canadian company."
Can you believe they have the nerve to argue with us!? I can understand just enough French to know they're arguing that "yes, you speak french - you just spoke it!" or "No, this isn't the wrong number! I have it right here!" Do they really think we're lying??
So it's time for stronger measures.
Can you give me (1) "You are very rude" and, in case that doesn't work, (2) something rude to say to the idiots that deserve it?
I promise to only use these on the nastier callers, but they really need to be put in their place!

But I agree with Jane Marple that you expose yourself and your company if you resort to insults in a language you don't fully master (these are common in France, I don't know about Canada). A simple dismissal is better :
Je vais raccrocher. Au revoir.
And you hang up.
(I'm French indeed, I didn't wish to give you rude words to say but,to me, these are rebuking enough... still my suggestions are to be considered void if these words don't belong to Canadian French)

I don't know if the previous answers are given by french people but some of them are a bit too "clever french" for insults !
First learn that : "Je ne connais que quelques phrases en français" (I only know a few sentences in french) You can justify yourself.
Then well... (1) vous êtes vraiment grossier (2) Arrêtez de m'agresser et foutez-moi la paix (stop agressing me and go to hell : the last part is a bit rude but it's not the rudest way to say it ;))

Erik has good suggestions for the impolite portion...however, I'm not sure if you want to use "foutez" - it doesn't mean "hell" but rather "leave us the f*** alone." Of course you did want something rude for the the real idiot so maybe this does it for you - especially if this is the type of language you are getting from the other end. However, if you want something tamer you could try "allez-vous en..." (in other words "go away") or "ta gueule" (vulgar way of saying "shut up") instead of "foutez-nous la paix" and continue with Erik's suggestion.

As for something a little more rude I would not do that if I were you, it will only make your own company look bad and may even result into people complaining above you. Just tell them ' mauvais numéro' and hang up.

yes i agree the french are rude people. i am a canadian and we have trouble with these spoiled brats. tell them to fermee la bush which is shut your mouth and then tell them they have the wrong number
