"Mataré te, y te"... can anyone tell me how this is pronounced? (If it helps, it means "I will kill you, and you" in Spanish)

Can you also tell me how to pronounce "morirás" or "you will die"

it is "Te mataré y a ti también" I will kill you and you (too), the "también" is needed or it sounds silly. The other way it means nothing, or more like "I will kill tea and tea"

The one I am telling you pronounce it:
Imagine "te" in ten
"te",
"ma" as in "man"
"ta" as in "tamara"
"re" as in "red". ok?
so, Te ma-ta-re
ee ah tee Tam-bee-n

I don't think it is the pronunciation you need to concentrate on. It's the arrangement of letters I believe to be incorrect. I've spent a lot of time in South America and Spain and from an English perspective you have to say, "You, I kill." because the instruction to the individual is highlighted before the verb so I believe it should be "Te Matare, Y te."

Spanish is totally phonetic, you pronounce every syllable.
And a written accent (called a "stress") just shows which syllable takes the emphasis.
Mataré = Mat - a- RAY
te = tay
y = ee
Morirás = Morr - ee -RASS
But I think you would say, for "I will kill you, and you" is:
"Te mataré, y a ti"
You put the pronoun in front of the verb.

I'm sorry, but "Mataré te, y te"... doesn't mean "I will kill you, and you". In fact, it doesn't mean anything.

In order to say that, you must say "Te mataré a ti y a ti".

I'll try to write it phonetically:

Tay mah-tar-ay ah tea e ah tea

Morirás = more e rahs

I took spanish in intense college for 5 years: The i with the accessory (´) potential that the i is emphasised for the duration of pronounciation. Ca-í-dos this is reported as Kah (as in KAtrina) - ee (as in bEAst) - dohss (think of ''do'' from DOnut and the sound ''ss'' from)unhappiness extra to it)
