You are never too old to learn Spanish or anything else in life.
The comments about young children learning languages faster and better are true. However, you will have maturity and study skills on your side.
The most important point is attitude. If you really want to learn something, you will.
Go for it!

It's never too late! It might be a little harder but I learned Spanish at 18. Since I am fluent in French and English it was easy for me.
I'm going to learn German next!

It's not too late, but it will be more difficult than learning it at an earlier age and you may never perfect the accent.

It's never too late. OTOH, you will never again learn another language as fast as when you were between 2 and 6 years old.

its never late to learn anything. you learn all your life. It may be a little harder because you usually can learn languages faster when you r younger.
