Ni loco me pierdo un partido del Everton = I never miss an Everthon match (your phrase is quite used in a colloquial way)
(Everthon is a football player of the Real Zaragoza team)

avísame cuando pasen 15 minutos = Call me when 15 minutes have passed

It would go something like this:
"Not even if I go crazy I would miss an Everton game"
"There is no way I would miss an Everton game"
"Let me know when 15 minutes have passed"

DOESN'T MEANS that someone loses the match. in this sentence , the verb
( PIERDO) has another meaning.

there's not a concret translation for this.. that are the typicall expressions of spanish young people.

the best will be: I've never stopped watching an everson match !!

in the other sentence:

avísame cuando pasen 15 minutos;
the most aproximated translation:

warn me in 15 minutes!!

"I definitely won't miss the Everton game"

"Let me know when 15 minutes have gone by"

The first one is slang, so the translation I'm giving is more of an interpretation.
