Just help me translate this whole thing into fluent, correct French--and I WILL give you extra points!! And if you don't want to, DON'T LECTURE ME: The best way to travel from CA to Belgium is by flight. Of course it would be a lot harder to get there by train, car, bus, or ship, since you'd have to go across the USA and the Atlantic Ocean. For a single adult taking a one-way flight from a San Francisco airport to Brussels, Belgium, your price ranges from $1659 to $5007, depending on which airline you take, among other things. 1 stop is $1659, and 2+ stop is $3555. Just remember this is only for the cost of flight. The duration of time ranges from 13hr 25mn--16 40mn. Once you are in the country, you can get around by taking the train (highly encouraged), bus/tram, or of course by thumb (meaning hitchhiking). The highways are among the densest of the world (comparable to those of L.A) and traffic is pretty heavy, so it's discouraged to use a bike to navigate yourself along the way.

There is a drawing done by Jacob Bohem (the spelling of his name has been altered several times throughout the last 500 years) who was a German Christian philosopher. I know the basics of what this says, and have managed to decipher a handful of the words, but am not sure if i've done so correctly. Could someone please look this image over, tell me what the words are in German, and English?
This is a link to a site with a guide to German Gothic type and script:
http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Search/rg/guide/German_gothic99-36316.asp
There is a pdf version of the site available via a link at the top, the examples of gothic type and script are much clearer in it.

This site has the picture of the jacob bohem drawing and a brief description of it:
http://www.ldolphin.org/uroboros.html

Thank you very much for your help.

I am appalled by the use of this phrase and it is becoming accepted. This is "fingernails on the chalk board" to me. How about you? How can we reverse this?

I am learning both French and Spanish...One problem I have with both languages is remembering to use "un" or "una" or "un" or "une" .."le" or "la"...etc.. But my question is...does it really sound funny to a french/ spanish speaker when you use the wrong one or is it really not that big of a deal?

David était un gentil jeune garçon. Il a les cheveux bruns et les yeux bruns. Il était intelligent et a aimé le football. Un jour, il a joué au football avec ses amis. Ils ont perdu la boule dans la forêt. David est allé le trouver.
Part 2
Soudain, il est tombé dans un trou profond. Enfin, il a débarqué au fond. Il a vu un château, un dragon et une fée. La fée était très petite et gentille. Le dragon était très grand et a aimé manger. Le dragon et la fée ont vécu dans le château.

First off, I know there are different ways of saying "my" and "I" and probably other pronouns. Does it matter which one I use?

And I have a book that says that "What is this" is "Igosun muoshimnikka" while "what is that" is "kugosun muoshijiyo"

Wouldn't "is this" be the same? Can you explain why theyre different?

And what are classifiers(I think thats what it's called)? Like in Japanese (wa, ga, etc)

Do they have them?

Can you give examples or translate these questions for me into romaji so they make sense?

How do I say things like "This is for you" or "Why are you late?"

Any answers will be great, please help!
