"fine" in here - not rainy, not cloudy and so on.

The word 'bloody' has replaced jolly. But fine signifies no clouds, but it's not pronounced 'fine' it's more like 'foine' as in, "Gees mate, it's a bloody foine day! Pass me a beer, ya silly dingo."

only if you are mucking around- aussieisms (made that up you like?) are rarely used unless it is to your mates

no not really. usually it is a great day, bloody beautiful day isn't it, or my favourite, S**t, great day aint it.
