Sorry, English is not my first language so I just need some native speaker or even an expert to help me. I want to know if there is a word in English that have the following meaning:

A person who likes some foreign country;
or a person who wants or is anxious to go abroad to some other country;
or a person who has been living in a foreign country.

My mother-in-law is flying in from overseas. She speaks no English whatsoever. I need to come up with a list of phrases she will have on a piece of paper. She will also have Russian translation to go along, so she could just point to a phrase when she needs to.
If you have such a list or have come across one on the net, please share.

My two daughters and I will be visiting southern Italy in June, I would like to respond to my cousin who is lending us his house in the marina. I can read it, and speak it, but my writing is atrocious !
Here goes.
"The girls and I just cant wait to see you and Ilva again, and I am looking forward to seeing your sister Franca whom I have never met. My daughter Jessica is ecstatic about having her own lodging, because she is very shy and likes her privacy. I think I have made the right decision by staying in your home. It will be wonderful, we can spend the mornings at the beach and then visit family in the afternoons. (I just worry that my aunt and uncle will be a little offended that I will not stay with them or their sons or daughters) My mother told me that they would be very offended.
Athough, I don't understand why.

I want to use one or the other for a dog name, but I want to make sure I am saying them right.
I couldn't find much on pronunciation online.

I think you say "Ci" and "Key". Is that right?

I have found that the dd in "Blaidd" is like O or something.
Could someone please let me know how to say each correctly. Thanks so much.
