i need to learn how to speak arabic rather then read and write it. i need a very good site that can translate nearly every word or alot of words. for example if i typed in two the translation would be nain spelled in english not arabic. please someone give me a good free translation site that can help me learn, speak, and understand basic arabic sentences in less then 3 months :]

It cannot be done. Classical Arabic can be transliterated into English with some difficulty, and some way of representing sounds that do not exist in English, but many of those sounds are completely different in various parts of the Arabic-speaking world. To use your example, I would say /isnain/ for two, which is how it is said in the Levant. I have no idea what it might be in Morocco.
