The correct terms are:
"Primastro" for male
and
"Primastra" for female.

So, a primastro is the son of a tiastro
A tiastro is the step brother of ones father or mother.

¿¿?? Well, i guess it is Primastro/Primastra (fem) +s 4 plurals.

Like step-brother---->hermanastro.

Step-mother----->Madrastra.

Step-sister---->hijastra.

I didn't find the meaning in the dictionary, may be cuz it's not a very used term, but i guess primastro (primo+suffix astro) is 0k. =)
