the best way to learn english is to go to an adult learning class where you will learn basic english. Also if you are not living in an english speaking country and have access to the internet try listening to an enlish speaking radio station something like the BBC radio world service is very good. The BBC website is very good they have a learning section you can learn english try http://www.bbc.co.uk/learning/subjects/english.shtml

I will write without contractions so online translators can translate this easily.
There is a CD program called "Rosetta Stone." It is expensive, but I am using it to learn French and it works very well. I am sure English will be just as good. You should definitely try it. It works wonderfully!
