Some of the mourners in Pakistan are going OTT don't you think? I mean, some of them are wailing and hitting themselves. This is disliked by Allah, at times like this Allah loves one to have patience.

Her husband told the mourners:

"Show patience. Give us courage to bear this loss,"

Do these people think they are feeling MORE pain than the lady's own husband and children? It would be better for them to show her family their love and support instead of wailing uncontrollably.

I posted a message yesterday (twice) asking the muslim here to answer a stupid question for a person who was bashing our prophet (PBUH) on the R&S.
All I was asking you is to answer that person. He was so annoying and I wanted more Muslims to answer him and tell him the truth about the marriage of Prophet Muhammed with Aisha.

My question got deleted and because of that my account was suspended. Some people on this section blocked me as well. How could you think that it was my question??
I am Muslim like you and I would never ask such a stupid question.

Thank you

I have some question
1. Do you believe that dreams can have any meaning and can be interpreted?
2. Did you ever have dreams came true?
3. Did you ever ask people to interpret your dream and it was right?
4. Can you interpret your dream or/and other's dream?
5. How Islam said about dream and dream's intepretation?

Now will people realize that it's not the fault of Islam but the fault of culture run fundamentalists? Benazir Bhutto did nothing against Islam that I am aware of. She had the support of much of the Pakistani people. Even in Quetta, an area that is a hiding place to many extremists, the actual people support her. Islam also does not forbid women from having leadership roles in politics. She was on a jihad fighting terrorism. She was a hero to me. She spoke her mind, she condemned the terrorists, and she also told them she wouldn't give in to their unislamic ways.

Now the people are rioting over her death. They are showing it all over the news. These people are rioting against the extremists. They have had enough of the terror and the anger is coming out in the form of riots.

Will you soften your heart long enough to think that maybe, just maybe, it's the fault of psychotic extremists and not Islam?

And when choosing a wife, and a lady who you think is right for you can't have kids, would you still choose her for marriage or choose another woman?

I asked the following question "Isn't gift giving in Eid (to children especially) an adaptation of the Christmas ritual?" about five or six days ago. Someone reported it today because he/she did not like it.
This is how things go in this section for some people, if they don't like the question, they report it!

Can I know how it was offensive?
Why it was reported?

And no soul earns evil but only against itself; nor does any bearer of burden bear the burden of another. Then to your Lord will be your return, and He will inform you of that wherein you used to differ.

And We gave them clear Signs regarding this Affair. And they did not differ but after true knowledge had come to them, through mutual envy. Verily, thy Lord will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection concerning that wherein they differed.

Hold fast, all together, to the rope of Allah and be not divided; and remember the favour of Allah which He bestowed upon you when you were enemies and He united your hearts in love, so that by His grace you became as brothers; and you were on the brink of a pit of fire and He saved you from it. Thus does Allah explain to you His commandments that you may be guided.

It is these on whom descend blessings from their Lord and also mercy, and it is these who are rightly guided.

Holy Quran

Will you not then understand?

I consider myself a Christian, but not in the traditional sense. I consider Jesus the greatest teacher of all time, but I'm not sure if he's the son of God. To say that seems almost pagan. So I'm Christian but confused and that's why I'm trying to find out about more religions.

The question is, why did God choose Muhammad as (in your belief) his most important prophet? Was there every any explanation in your religious texts for this?

Just curious, and thanks.

There's only Mohamemd. you think you worship Allah directly, but you worship Mohammed indirectly. In islam it is more important to follow mohammed than to do good. what a political cult **** it

My older brother (who is studying to become an Aalim) says that whatever we are not allowed to do in this world, we will be allowed to do in heaven and you can have whatever you want in heaven. He said, if you want a dog, you can have a dog. But, someone else told me that dogs are dirty, so we can't have them because Heaven is a clean place.

Does anyone know?

I know that Hajj is compulsory on everyone (except those who cannot afford it.) I was wondering, I know some people who didn't do their Hajj until they cleared all their loans and debts first, because they wanted to go with "halal" money. If someone goes to Hajj even with those debts, will their Hajj still be accepted?

Also, do you have to do Hajj with your own money? Will a woman's Hajj be accepted if her husband pays for her Hajj trip?
