but cannot, because of taking the medications. I also know that i should make it up before the next ramadan,,, but cannot because i have to take it for life.. what do i do??

Just would be nice to know how muslims from other countries spend their Ramadan. In Malaysia, where almost all festivals/religious occasions/holidays (and daily rituals) revolve around food and eating, *lol* the highlight is always the breaking of fast, (although it shouldn't be so!!)
