Go here and set up a 360 (blog/webpage) account: http://360.yahoo.com/login.html?.done=http%3A%2F%2F360.yahoo.com%2F&.src=360
it is really easy. Once you have completed the set up, go to 'my page' on your 360 and upload a picture from there. Then go your Y answers 'Q&A' page and click 'edit my information' -- you can then click on your uploaded pic from 360.

Upload a 50x50 pixel image to a Yahoo 360 page. Then, in your Answers preferences, choose that as your Picture.

You need to have a Yahoo!360 page. Go to 360.yahoo.com and create your page, upload pictures and stuff. Then come back here and click on 'My Q&A'. For a picture, choose to use your picture from your Yahoo!360 page. It's easy, really!
